Adults: 1 TBSP daily
Children: ½ to 1 teaspoon daily*

FOR AN EXTRA BOOST:
Take recommended amount every 2-3 hours until symptoms subside.

*Do not give children under 1 products containing honey. Use an alternative sweetener if intending to use with young children.

Delicious, easy to make, and our whole family loves it!

The elderberry syrup kit was very easy to make. it's not as thick as compared to what you’d buy at the pharmacy, but it's clean and doesn't have the added junk like theirs! I love the taste! With the spice blend, it reminds me of a mulled wine, very delicious! I like to pour a small amount into a cup, add hot water and honey and drink it in the morning! Soo good! Will definitely be purchasing more!!!
