How To Use
Allergy Defense
SYRUP
Adults: take 1 Tablespoon of syrup daily, particularly during high-allergen seasons.
Children over 1*: take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of syrup daily.
GUMMIES
Adults: take 2 gummies daily
Children over 4**: Take. 1 gummy daily
Can't catch a break from the pollen?
Take an additional serving every 2-3 hours.
*Syrup is sweetened with honey and is not suitable for children under 1.
**Make sure children can thoroughly chew gummies.
