I have tried multiple brands of elderberry products. I have also tried to make my own. None of them compared to this one. I swear, I have even tried the SE kits and used the same ingredients they do. It's just not as good. This syrup is THE BEST. No question. I always have a bottle (or two or three) on hand. We take a bit every day (more on days when we are feeling run down). I like both varieties but prefer the maple flavor just a bit more. Just buy it. It's delicious and effective. Oh, buy the little spout with yours! It makes it so much easier to pour.
