WHY MAGNESIUM ON THE SKIN?
Magnesium chloride is the same mineral as the soaking flakes people have dissolved into warm baths for generations. A balm lets it join an evening routine without running a bath. We won't promise outcomes — research on topical magnesium is still young — but the recipe is published, the batches are ours, and the guarantee covers the rest.
WHAT'S IN IT?
Seven ingredients: organic shea butter, golden organic jojoba oil, organic beeswax from our own hives, refined organic avocado oil, Dead Sea magnesium chloride, distilled water, and organic lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia). The magnesium chloride and water are blended into a brine — that's our magnesium oil. The full percentages are in Ingredients & Balm Facts above.
HOW DO I USE THE BALM?
Massage a pea-sized amount into the soles of your feet and calves in the evening, or into shoulders and hands after a long day. Start small and add more if you want it — there's no strict amount. Give it a minute to soak in before socks or sheets.
WHAT DOES IT FEEL AND SMELL LIKE?
Rich, smooth, and a little luxurious — that's the avocado oil. It goes on silky and soaks in well rather than sitting on your skin. The scent is true lavender essential oil and nothing else.
HOW LONG WILL MY JAR LAST?
A little goes a long way — a pea-sized amount per use. We'll publish a plain week count for each size once we've lived with it longer. Store it in a cool, dry place.
CAN I USE IT WHILE PREGNANT OR ON CHILDREN?
It's a topical balm. For pregnancy, children, or any medical condition, check with your physician before use.
