These popsicles are perfect for hot summer days, and the Seattle Elderberry Syrup adds a unique twist to the traditional lemonade popsicle. They're not only delicious but also packed with immune-boosting properties that will help keep you healthy all summer long!

Our Seattle Elderberry lemonade popsicles are infused with elderberry and honey, offering a tantalizing and refreshing twist to this refreshing classic summer treat. Bursting with vibrant flavors, elderberry lemonade popsicles effortlessly combine the zesty tang of freshly squeezed lemons with the sweet and slightly tart notes of elderberries. Your entire family will love these popsicles, and they won't even know they are healthy!


All you need is 5- simple ingredients to make these! and they take less than 10 minutes to prepare. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Seattle Elderberry Syrup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Popsicle molds (we love these reusable silicone ones or these plastic “sleeves” as pictured above!
     

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, warm the water until warm, stir in honey. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and Seattle Elderberry Syrup to the cooled honey syrup and mix well.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, filling each mold about 3/4 full.

Step 4- (if using molds with sticks)

  1. Freeze the popsicles for about 30-40 minutes or until they just begin to set.
  2. Remove the popsicles from the freezer and insert wooden sticks into the center of each mold.
  3. Place popsicles back into freezer for several hours or overnight until completely frozen

Step 5- (if using sleeve-style molds)

Place popsicles into freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight until compltely frozen.

Step 6

When ready to serve, remove the molds from the freezer and run them briefly under warm water to loosen the popsicles.
