Local to Seattle? We offer Local Pickup in Magnolia and Snohomish. Just SHOP, click the Cart Icon at the top right, and choose "Local Pickup" and select your location! We'll e-mail you within 48 hrs with pickup details!

Shipping FAQ's

We ship ALL of our orders in packaging that is completely recyclable! Even down to the kraft tape!

 

 

We ship twice a week- on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed BEFORE 8am pacific time on Tuesdays or Fridays will be packaged same day! Orders placed AFTER 8am pacific time on Tuesdays or Fridays will be shipped the following day. Please note, Holidays sometimes affect our shipping schedule. We'll keep you updated with any changes in shipping.

We ship most packages through USPS, and tracking information will be automatically e-mailed to you on our shipping days. Please note, we have absolutely NO control over your package once it hits the mail stream. For any issues with delivery, you'll have to contact your local USPS branch. Larger orders are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping Fees:

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $40 (in the United States).
  • Orders under $40 will incur a $5 shipping fee.
  • International orders begin shipping at $10 shipping and increase based on number of products ordered (you will be responsible for VAT taxes and/or customs/brokerage fees).
  • Wholesale orders are shipped at a rate of $10 per case.

Return/Refund Policy

If any items are broken in transport, we ask that you send a photo of what you received. We will replace any items damaged in transit free of charge! Unsatisfied with your order? Please e-mail us at info@seattleelderberry.com or text us at 206-207-7723 and we'll make it right!

Delivery Policy

As mentioned above, we typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays via USPS. Most packages are received in 3-5 days.

Subscriptions may be modified or canceled at anytime, without charge.
