100% "Love It" Guarantee
At Seattle Elderberry, we make each of our products in small batches with the highest quality organic ingredients under strict manufacturing procedures. We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% in love with yours, we will do what we can to make it right! We trust that you will love our products and invite you to try any of our products for up to 45 days. If you are not satisfied in any way, contact us and we will exchange it for another product or provide you with a store credit to try another one of our products at a later time.
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from SeattleElderberry.com. If you purchased directly from another retailer such as Amazon, Whole Foods, etc please refer to their return/refund policy.
Products received more than 45 days ago are no longer eligible for store credit, but we welcome your feedback. We are always working to provide more selection so that everyone can find a product that meets their needs.

Shipping FAQ
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
Once you place your order, our regular shipping timeframe is within one to three business days. We typically ship orders Monday through Saturday from our Seattle Elderberry kitchens. Please know that holidays may affect this shipping schedule.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Most orders are delivered to addresses in the US within 7 days. We do not have control over your package once it leaves our facility, but we will do everything in our power to get your products to you on a timely basis!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Every order placed online will receive an automatic e-mail once a shipping label has been created. If you have trouble finding this e-mail, send us a message at hello@seattleelderberry.com and we'll help you out!
SHIPPING FEES
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $49.99 (in the United States)
- All Subscribe & Save automatic deliveries also receive FREE shipping within the United States
- Standard Shipping (on orders under $49.99) is $6 in the US
- Expedited or International rates are available and rates are calculated automatically
- International orders begin shipping at $10 shipping and increase based on number of products ordered (you will be responsible for VAT taxes and/or customs/brokerage fees)
- Wholesale orders are shipped at a rate of $10 per case unless otherwise discussed with a sales representative
