At Seattle Elderberry, we make each of our products in small batches with the highest quality organic ingredients under strict manufacturing procedures. We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% in love with yours, we will do what we can to make it right! We trust that you will love our products and invite you to try any of our products for up to 45 days. If you are not satisfied in any way, contact us and we will exchange it for another product or provide you with a store credit to try another one of our products at a later time.
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from SeattleElderberry.com. If you purchased directly from another retailer such as Amazon, Whole Foods, etc please refer to their return/refund policy.
Products received more than 45 days ago are no longer eligible for store credit, but we welcome your feedback. We are always working to provide more selection so that everyone can find a product that meets their needs.

Shipping questions
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50 in the US. All Subscribe & Save orders are also eligible for Free Shipping (within the US).
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
In the US, orders up to $50 will have a shipping fee starting at $6. Customers may purchase expedited shipping (calculated at checkout). For orders over $50 in the US, we offer FREE shipping! For all other orders, Expedited or Ground shipping options are calculated at checkout.
TRACKING SAYS "PROCESSING". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
When a shipment is marked as “processing,” this often means the shipment has left our facility, but hasn’t been scanned by the carrier yet to update tracking. Many major carriers are experiencing significant increases in shipping volumes. We have seen instances where shipments are moved to different sorting facilities, which can cause discrepancies in carrier tracking or periods with no movement. Check back and tracking will update once the carrier completes the scan!
TRACKING SAYS "PENDING DELIVERY". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Some carriers may run into challenges in accurately stating delivery dates for packages, especially if they encounter an unexpected delay or exception in handling. Delivery commitment changes based on the type of delays and the efforts to mitigate delays. If your package has been delayed for at least 48 hours, please contact us directly at hello@seattleelderberry.com so we can investigate the delay.
TRACKING SAYS "PENDING DELIVERY". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1-3 days from our headquarters. Once a shipment is labeled and awaiting carrier pick-up, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on its journey to your doorstep!
My package was marked as delivered, but I don't see it!
It's possible your order was delivered to the wrong address or simply hiding at another entrance. If you are still unable to locate your package, email us at hello@seattleelderberry.com and we’ll do what we can to help track it down for you!

Can I cancel/Change an order after I place it?
Hurry! There’s only a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order. Email hello@seattleelderberry.com and we’ll do our best to catch your order before it ships out.
Do you offer Returns/Exchanges?

My Discount Code isn't Working.
Promotional codes may not be accepted due to the following reasons: - The code is being applied with another code. Seattle Elderberry discount codes cannot be combined.
OR - The code is being applied to an order containing subscription items. Seattle Elderberry subscriptions will automatically receive a 20% discount, and other discount codes cannot be combined.
Help- I received the wrong items!
Oh no! It is always our intention to ship out every order in its entirety. If you received an incomplete or wrong order, please email hello@seattleelderberry.com and we will get a replacement out to you!
Help- My order is Damaged!
All our products undergo strict quality assurance procedures to ensure they live up to our high standards. However, if you receive product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us at hello@seattleelderberry.com.
If possible, please attach photos of the affected products, as well as a photo of the best by and lot code information from the product. This will help us assess the issue and prevent it from happening again!
Returns & Replacements Policy
We accept returns of unopened product 45 days from the ship date. Please contact us at hello@seattleelderberry.com to begin the process.
We will send you a return label via email. Once we see movement on the returned package, we will begin to process your refund or replacement. For refunds- you will be credited to the original form of payment (minus the shipping fee, if applicable) within 7-10 business days.
Please note- A shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged, or it is due to our mistake (see Wrong or Damaged FAQ above).
We may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee. We will NOT charge you if we are replacing a damaged or broken item item within the US.

You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency or cancel a subscription by visiting your account page and clicking “Manage Subscriptions.”
How Do i update my payment method for Subscriptions?
From your account page on seattleelderberry.com, navigate to your profile and click “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you will be able to update your payment method for all future subscriptions!
