  • 1 cup of Seattle Elderberry Maple or Honey Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric 
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey (for added sweetness)
  • 2 cups of cold filtered water

Pour one shot (two tablespoons) of Seattle Elderberry Syrup into your ice mold, and next, add a splash (about a tablespoon) of your mixture to each mold. Then, take your water and fill each mold to the top.

Place the molds into the freezer for at least 3 hours, or overnight to harder.
