Pick your thickener: 100% grass-fed beef gelatin or organic Agar Agar (totally vegan!)

You'll have enough ingredients to make about 60 potent elderberry gummies! Each gummy contains about 750mg of elderberry extract and 2.5-3g of sugar (from honey or maple). Most commercially available elderberry gummies contain a puny 10-100mg of elderberry and 4+ grams of sugar per serving! And isn't the heart-shaped mold just adorable? Your gummies will keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container (try a glass jar or food storage container!)
