Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1 cup coconut water, chilled
  • 1 shot (about 1 oz) of Seattle Elderberry Honey Syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

Blend the Watermelon:

Add the watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp.

Mix with Coconut Water:

In a small pitcher, combine the watermelon juice with the chilled coconut water.

Add Fresh Lemon Juice & Elderberry Syrup:
