At Seattle Elderberry, we make each of our products in small batches with the highest quality ingredients and the most strict manufacturing procedures. We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% in love with yours, we will do what we can to make it right!
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT?
45 days from the ship date. We only accept returns of unopened product.
HOW DO I START MY RETURN OR ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT?

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUBMIT FOR A REPLACEMENT?
In every e-mail, PLEASE include your order number.
- If any items are broken in transport, we ask that you send a photo of what you received (both the item and the packaging). We will replace any items damaged in transit free of charge.
- Got the wrong item? If we mispack an item, let us know via e-mail! We will send you a return label to ship back the incorrect product and we'll ship out the correct item(s) as soon as the returned product is in transit (no fee for mispacked items).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDIT FOR A RETURN?
Once the product is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment used within 7-10 business days.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN FEE?
Yes, a shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged, or it is due to our mistake. We may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee. We will NOT charge you if we are replacing an item.
OTHER INFORMATION:
To process any refund/replacements, orders must be marked as delivered. (We cannot process refunds or replacements for orders still in transit).
