WHEN PREPARED AS INSTRUCTED:
Adults: 1 TBSP daily
Children: ½ to 1 teaspoon daily*

FOR AN EXTRA BOOST:
Take recommended amount every 2-3 hours until symptoms subside.

*Do not give children under 1 products containing honey. Use an alternative sweetener if intending to use with young children.

Freaking delicious

I've had lots of other Elderberry syrups, but nothing even compares. This is by far, the best tasting and effective. Added bonus, the house smells fantastic!! I love that the packaging is biodegradable, too! I make my syrup, and put everything into the compost.
